In order to apply our project, you are required minimum commitment prior to work in our team.  There is always proper order for any activities.  We also have a basic rule for successful business and job as a business group to follow up.  The following are our mottos to keep in our minds;

We all understand that without taking proper responsibility and attitude we cannot achieve any works the society requires.  Particularly concerning international base, we deal with intercultural people who have different customs and mentalities, we have to consider our manners and deeds to not upset them, rather need to create good relationship for smooth operations and successful business.  Accordingly we care several points on international business and relationship with the team and customers here.

• Positive greetings and apologies for any mistake with humble attitude always create piece and good relationship among us.
  
• Good response is a key of success.  Do not ignore any correspondences you receive but reply them and let them know your attention is on them. (Ignoring sender's mail and no reply are very rude)  Let your manner work out.
  
• Customer priority is the business common-sense. Our attentions should always be on customers' needs and helpful services and detail care.
  
• Communication skill is a must since we use internet to contact people, we need to transfer warmth from humanity.
  
• Altruistic action is another key to success in business.  Think if others and do for others are building up your success and opening your bright future.
  
• Your smiles and kind words open up peoples and hearts make your work smooth.  A smile is universal language.
