Oil Conversion   from Plastic

As a recycling solution for waste plastic, it is worthy to consider a small plant that converts from plastic to diesel oil.  Please watch the above video although the language is not English. The concept is clean environment.  We considered it might be possible to achieve that we can return wasted  plastic back to oil to be recycled by certain method.  We invented a machine  that achieves the purpose.  Showing a model here is a small type.  First of all, open a lid and put plastic into it and switch on as simple as that.  Heater temperature goes up and plastic melted then it turns to be liquid.  The boiled liquid becomes gas and moves through the cylinder here.  Inside of cylinder is water which cools off the gas to return to liquid.  The liquid is mixed oil so the next process is to separate it to different types of oil such as gasoline, diesel, light oil, paraffin.  The separated oils will be used for cars, tractors, generators, and stoves.  It produces 1 little of oil from 1 kg of plastic.  When 1 kg of plastic was burnt, 3 kg of CO2 will be produced.  By means of returning to 1 kg of oil, 80% of CO2 is saved in the air.

Waste problem is everywhere in the world, particularly in undeveloped counties.  Our small type model is so portable that we can put in a plain to bring other countries.  Then we introduce to the local people the system how to work.  Then we give instructions even to children that plastic itself is oil and our resources.  We then teach the children how to separate wasted plastic and change it to oil by our machine.  The waste is not useless but resources.  Everything we use such as plastic bottles, caps, lunch boxes, sweet packs, food trays, etc., are valuable resources.  So do not throw away but collect and reuse them.  If they think plastic is oil, it will be saved for recycling to change to oil.  We can make a oil fields everywhere.   And those oil fields save remarkable amount of CO2 that contribute for the clean environment as well.
